Refund, Return, and Shipping Policy

This Refund, Return & Shipping Policy (“Policy”) applies to all orders placed with Hooks Custom Design Co (“Hooks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, the customer (“you” or “client”) agrees to the terms outlined below.

Because all products are custom printed, produced on demand, and made specifically for each customer, the following conditions apply.

1. Refunds & Reprints

Refunds or reprints will be issued only in the event of an error caused by Hooks Custom Design Co.
Examples include: misprints, incorrect colors, printing defects, or delivery of items that do not match the approved proof (when applicable).

If the finished product matches the proof, artwork, or order details provided by the customer, no refund or reprint will be issued.

2. Customer-Provided Artwork & Approval

If the customer uploads low-resolution, copyrighted, trademarked, or incorrect artwork, the customer assumes full responsibility.

Hooks is not liable for printing errors resulting from files supplied by the customer. Digital proofs are only provided upon request, or when the product is permanent or high-value (example: vehicle graphics, storefront vinyl, etc.). Once a proof (when provided) is approved, the order is considered final.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun. Once materials have been ordered, artwork prepared, or printing has started, deposits are non-refundable and cancellation is no longer possible.

4. Timeframe for Claims

Customers must report defects, misprints, or fulfillment issues within 7 calendar days of receiving the order. After 7 days, the order is considered accepted and final.

5. Returns & Return Shipping

Because all items are custom, returns are accepted only when Hooks is at fault. If Hooks made the error → Hooks pays return shipping and issues reprint or refund. If the customer made the error (wrong size, typo, wrong file, etc.) → no refund, no reprint, no return shipping covered. Customized items cannot be returned for reasons unrelated to print or production error.

6. Shipping, Pickup & Delivery

Hooks offers the following fulfillment options: Local pickup, Local delivery, Shipped orders via USPS, UPS, FedEx. Average production time before shipping is 3–5 business days, excluding vehicle wraps or specialty jobs. Tracking numbers are provided only for shipped orders. Shipping timelines are controlled by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Hooks.

7. Rush Orders

Rush production or expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost. Rush approval is subject to material availability and schedule capacity.

8. Delivery Date Disclaimer

Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Hooks will provide an estimated completion date, but delays caused by carriers, weather, inventory, or supply chain issues are outside our control.

9. Copyright & Trademark Liability

Customer assumes full legal responsibility for any artwork, logos, names, or graphics submitted for printing. Hooks Custom Design Co is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations.
